Black Ice Labs began with a conversation — and the decision to keep building.

For Levon, the question was never only what AI could generate. It was what could be built through sustained collaboration: systems that carry context, software shaped by real work, and a laboratory where an idea can become something tangible.

That curiosity grew into EVA, then a family of projects spanning operations, careers, social intelligence and security research. Each one starts with a problem close enough to understand.

We are an independent laboratory. Some systems are prototypes. Some are working locally. Some are still questions. Their status is part of their story.
